Job Description:
The role includes specification, leading and setting up projects on Salesforce.crm, the ability to design an extended and comprehensive solution concept and accompanying clients from A to Z
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in project management / systems analysis on Salesforce.crm system
– Knowledge and experience in systems analysis and writing characterization documents
– Previous experience in leading projects from A to T in the day-to-day management of the customer
– Education in the field of information systems/ industry and management / computer science is required.
*Advantage for those with experience working with cloud systems and the following platforms:
Salesforce.crm, MS CRM, ZOHO, Sugar CRM, Pivotal
CRM, NetSuite

התפקיד כולל אפיון, הובלה והקמת פרויקטים על גבי Salesforce.crm, יכולת לעצב תפיסת פתרון מורחבת וכוללת וליווי הלקוחות מא’ עד ת’
דרישות תפקיד:
- ניסיון קודם בניהול פרויקטים / ניתוח מערכות על מערכות Salesforce.crm
- ידע וניסיון בניתוח מערכות וכתיבת מסמכי אפיון
- ניסיון קודם בהובלה של פרויקטים מא’ עד ת’ בהתנהלות השוטפת למול הלקוח
- נדרשת השכלה מתחום מערכות מידע/ תעשייה וניהול / מדעי המחשב
*יתרון לבעלי /ות ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות בענן והפלטפורמות הבאות:
Salesforce.crm, MS CRM, ZOHO, Sugar CRM, Pivotal CRM, NetSuite
